No credit card numbers or social security numbers are collected on reSchoolSites.com.
The email addresses input by Students and Participating Real Estate Schools are stored in a database at a 24/7 secured facility.
Code3w, Inc. reserves the right to disclose, as governed by law, any information required in compliance with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process.
To pre-register for a class, the Student must first input a name and email address. This information is forwarded to the Participating Real Estate School, along with the course information, so the School may contact the Student and complete the registration.
Participating Real Estate Schools may choose to the ProPlan, which includes online surveys and email coupons. These additional services are provided through MyGuestSurvey.com. That website, also developed by Code3w, Inc. includes its own similar privacy policies. The policies are available by link from that website, or here:

Persons visiting reSchoolSites.com are asked to provide their email address. This is done so Code3w, Inc. can follow-up on inquiries about the Real Estate School websites.
Participating Real Estate School email addresses are used for routine correspondence including but not limited to billing status, website maintenance notification, and upgrade announcements.
Code3w, Inc. assumes no responsibility for direct or indirect result of any action or inaction taken based on the information that they or a Participating Real Estate School enters on a reSchoolSites QuickStart or ProPlan website.
No warranty for damage or loss is offered to any Participating Real Estate School or Student.
Code3w, Inc. strives to keep this website current, accurate and complete but does not guarantee timeliness, accuracy or completeness of the content.
In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, Code3w requires the Participating Real Estate School to offer pre-registration only to persons age 13 or older.
